Suzanne Davis is the founder of Urbane Society. With over 15 years of experience, Suzanne spent the majority of her career in one of top 20 salons in America as a high-end designer, educator, manager and special events coordinator. Trained under some of the top global artists in the world, Suzanne has successfully initiated and conceptualized numerous photo shoots, charitable projects, industry events and fashion shows to promote quality brand awareness while maintaining a full time status behind the chair as a high producing stylist and mentor. She has successfully competed in the industry on ventures ranging from creating working systems and curriculum to sculpting a five-pound wig out of licorice for a charitable cause.
Suzanne continues to strive to be a leader in innovation for the salon industry. Her passion and focus has always been consistency in systems and training to ensure the development of brand loyalty through the ultimate experience.
Suzanne's mission to create the ideal salon has evolved to solve the challenges she, her team and her guests experienced historically in high-end salons. Inspired by the subscription business model trend that is abundant today in numerous other industries, she soon developed solutions.
Her internal passion for the industry is an example in perseverance, creating the will to keep working until the ideal salon model is realized in order to give the ultimate experience to her guests and her team.
